Agentic AI consultancy / Proven in the wild
We don't sell off-the-shelf software. We build agents tailored to how your operation runs, deployed live, refined in production. Proven first in our own businesses. Built next for yours.
Where most are
Not because they decided AI isn't for them. Because they don't realise how far it's already moved.
We're not sitting on the strategy side telling them what they should do. We're operators ourselves, running 14-year-old businesses in Kenya, and we built this stack inside our own operations because we needed to. Now we deploy the same systems for clients who recognise they can't afford to wait another year to figure out what's possible.
The gap between organisations that build agentic AI into how they run, and organisations that don't, is opening every quarter. That gap compounds. The cost of catching up later is always higher than the cost of starting now.
The wider picture
Three data points. Three sources you can verify. We're not asking you to take our word for it. The market is moving with or without your organisation, and the published projections agree.
Kenya AI market
Projected by 2030, up from $240.8M in 2024. A 4x expansion in five years.

Africa-wide
Projected by 2030, up from $4.5B in 2025. The continent's AI economy is set to almost quadruple.

Enterprise adoption
Of enterprises globally plan to deploy AI agents or copilots by 2026. The shift from experiment to deployment is no longer optional.

Everything we wish we'd known when we started deploying AI inside our own operations. What to build, what to skip, what to expect. Written by operators, not consultants.

How we work with you
Some organisations need their teams to understand AI before they deploy it. Others are ready to deploy and need a partner who's done it before. We run two parallel tracks for that reason. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Education and upskilling
Three formats, depending on how deep you need to go and how many people are coming with you. No theory decks. We teach what we use, every day, inside our own operations.
Online Workshop
For executives or small teams who are AI-curious but not ready to commit to flying anyone in. We meet on Zoom, walk you through what's actually working in 2026, and answer the questions you've been quietly holding onto.
On-Site Workshop
For organisations that want their whole company up to speed in one go. We fly in, run a full day with your leadership and operational teams together, and leave with everyone speaking the same language about what comes next.
Bespoke Programme
For leadership teams who need both. You're not just learning AI, you're working out what your AI strategy is, with us in the room. Designed for organisations where strategy and capability need to land at the same time.
Deployment and engineering
Three steps, in order. Discovery is free. Assessment is paid and structured. Build is the deployment. Each step earns the next.
Free Discovery Call
You tell us what you're trying to solve. We tell you, honestly, whether agentic AI is part of the answer or not. If it's a fit, we propose what comes next. If it's not, we say so and point you somewhere useful.
Strategic Assessment
This is a piece of work, not a sales call. We map your operations, identify where agents fit and where they don't, model the financial case, and write you a roadmap. You walk away with the answer, including an honest "no, don't do this yet" if that's what's true.
Full Agent Build
We architect, build, and deploy a coordinated team of agents purpose-built for how your business actually operates. Bookings, logs, comms, reporting, internal coordination, executive briefings. The systems we run inside our own businesses, configured for yours.

Live operations running on the Savannai stack
Our stack
Savannai isn't a one-person consultancy with AI tools on the side. It's a coordinated stack, with defined capability layers, running continuously. This is the same architecture we deploy for clients. Each layer below is a real component of how we operate.
Fourteen years running operations in Kenyan tourism and hospitality. Built the agentic stack inside Tribe Watersports and Maji Magic before turning it into Savannai. Leads every client engagement personally.
Maps the operational landscape, surfaces where AI fits, and identifies what to leave alone. Built for first conversations and structured assessments, not boardroom slides.
Architects the multi-agent infrastructure. Distributed systems, API orchestration, agentic frameworks. The technical layer that turns a strategy into a deployed system.
Continuous monitoring of global AI developments and market intelligence, filtered for what's relevant to client engagements in East Africa.
Drafting and refinement layer for written outputs. Brand voice, client documentation, thought leadership. Every piece of writing passes through here.
Continuous monitoring of all live deployments. Surfaces anomalies, generates daily briefings, maintains system health. Active around the clock.
Maintains continuity across every client engagement. Onboarding, ongoing context, follow-up. So nothing important falls through the cracks.
Who we serve
Where we started and where we know the operations cold. We've built and run hospitality businesses for over a decade, so we understand the realities of the sector from the inside.
If your business has a lot of moving parts, manual coordination, or roles that exist mostly to chase information around, agentic AI changes the maths. Sector-agnostic from here.
National alignment
Kenya's National AI Strategy 2025-2030 sets out a national framework for AI adoption across priority sectors including micro, small, and medium enterprises, the creative sector, and sustainability. Our work intersects all three. The hospitality, adventure, and SME operators we serve sit at the centre of where the strategy expects AI capability to grow over the next five years.
Separately, Kenya's National Tourism Strategy 2025-2030 explicitly calls for research, innovation, and the uptake of new technology in the tourism sector. The systems we deploy are a direct answer to that call.
We engage actively with both frameworks because we believe Kenya's positioning as a regional AI leader will be shaped most by the operators who actually deploy, not the consultancies who only theorise.
Provenance
Every system we deploy has been validated within live commercial operations across Kenya. We built this infrastructure to solve our own operational challenges, then refined it into a deployable framework for organisations facing equivalent complexity.
